During the 100th day of his government, Mayor Eric Adams tested positive for COVID-19, his Press Secretary reported this Sunday.

“This morning Mayor Adams woke up with a hoarse voice and out of an abundance of caution took a PCR test which came back positive. At this time the Mayor has shown no other symptoms but has placed himself in isolation and will be canceling all of his public events for the time being.” that remains of the week”, was reported in a community.
Similarly, it was confirmed that Adams has been prescribed anti-viral medications, which are freely available to all New York residents.
The Mayor has planned that he will continue his work remotely, the official report said.
