New York man Ricardo Waldron arrested for threatening to kill NYPD cops in Twitter posts

A homeless man released on bail in a past assault case was arrested in Brooklyn on Tuesday for allegedly threatening to kill police in videos uploaded to Twitter.

Ricardo Waldron, 47, has been charged with making terrorist threats and being threatening after investigators found his social media page littered with a series of disturbing threats against NYPD cops, police said and sources.

Waldron posted 10 different threatening messages in the span of 12 hours starting Tuesday morning.

“Every time I remember being hit by a cop, I’ll try to kill cops,” Waldron shouted in a video posted at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday.

The videos and photos uploaded by Waldron all appear to have been taken on the subway.

Waldron was arrested while on the subway at Coney Island, police said.

The suspect posted threatening messages to the NYPD via Twitter, saying he was going to kill them.

Waldron’s arrest on Tuesday is not his first run-in with the law.

He was on the streets after posting $10,000 bond last October in an assault and weapons possession case, sources said.
