It is in Paris that NYC & Company launched its European tour, thanks to a breakfast which took place in front of professionals and journalists, in the salons of the Cheval Blanc hotel, on the banks of the Seine.
As Fred Dixon, CEO of the structure, reminded us, the French market is a priority for New York“in number of visitors, it is the 3rd behind Canada and the United Kingdom“.
Beyond the expected reconquest of its visitors, the objective is to promote tourism in the five districts of the city: Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens.
The countryside Get Local NYC which could be translated as “Live your life like a New Yorker”, as part of the international campaign “It’s time for The New York City“, began with the creation of a new online travel diary dedicated to Brooklyn.
“A special experienceemphasizes Fred Dixon, whether strolling under the cherry blossoms in the Botanical Garden or eating a hot dog at Nathan’s Famous“.
The ambition of New York & Company: to tell the story of the five “boroughs” in this way, to ensure “that all communities in the city benefit from the return of tourism”.
