Vox Media continues to shop. By taking over Nine Media, the American group is expanding its portfolio of websites and strengthening its digital audiences. On Monday, Vox Media announced that it had signed an agreement with its competitor for a takeover. This operation will allow the editor of “New York Magazine” to get his hands on several thematic sites which, in recent years, have become very popular on social networks or video platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.). These include the animal site The Dodo but also other digital media focused on lifestyle and e-commerce such as NowThis, Thrillist and Popsugar.

Over $ 700 million in revenue
