The New York Knicks will be seeking reinforcements on the wing from the Free Agency. The team from the Big Apple is said to have also kept an eye on Justin Holiday.
The 31-year-old already played for the Knicks in the 2016/17 season and put on 7.7 points and 2.7 rebounds in an average of 20 minutes. Like Ian Begley (CUT) reports, the Knicks would like to bring the brother of Pelicans star Jrue Holiday back.
The forward is seen within the organization as a model professional who can help the young players and at the same time make his contribution on the field. Most recently, Holiday played with his little brother Aaron for the Indiana Pacers, but his contract has expired.
At the Pacers, the winger mostly came off the bench, was always in demand with his defense and good throw (40 percent quota of three) and was an important part of the rotation.
The Pacers also want to keep Holiday, like J. Michael von Indy Star reported a few days ago. Holiday would like to sign a long-term contract, there should be no shortage of interested parties, including Contender, for the 3-and-D specialist.
