Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey will be tried in civil trial on charges of sexually assaulting a boy 36 years ago according to the BBC.
Kevin Spacey is being sued in New York by Anthony Rapp (51), who claims the actor touched him inappropriately at a party in 1986 when he was 14.
Kevin Spacey63, faces five separate sexual assault charges in the UK.
The House of Cards actor has denied the charges against him. In an October 2017 Buzzfeed article, Mr. Rapp said that Mr. Spacey picked him up, put him on a bed, and partially laid him on top of him.
The alleged meeting lasted no more than two minutes and “there were no kisses, there were no undressing, no hands under the clothes and no sexualized statements or allusions”.
Antonio Rapp is reportedly seeking $ 40 million in damages.
