‘New York is exciting, but also dirty’ | To travel

Time Out asked more than 27,000 travelers for the annual Time Out Index what they think are the best and nicest cities to visit.

This showed that while New York is one of the most exciting cities in the world, it is also one of the three places that could be a little cleaner.

More than half of those surveyed, 55%, said they think The Big Apple is a dirty city. 45 percent think otherwise. New York is generally quite clean, find just under half.

A bright spot for New York: according to the respondents, it is not the most filthy city in the world. Rome and Bangkok are even a tad dirtier, according to the poll results.
