New York Investigation Finds Two New Victims after Two-Year Silence: Families Request Anonymity

After two years in which there was no news about this investigation, two new victims have been identified. The man and woman who have been identified thanks to the DNA tests were known until now as victims 1,648 and 1,649. Although it is now known who they were, their families have requested that their names not be made public, as reported by the New York mayor’s office in a statement.
