Ice rinks
The famous Rockefeller Plaza Christmas tree is the biggest and brightest symbol of the holiday season in New York City. Rockefeller Center ice rink, in front of the tree, is legendary (admission approximately $ 30, skate rental $ 12, every day until midnight).
New York’s other legendary ice rink, much larger and less expensive, is in Central Park (admission $ 12 weekdays, $ 19 weekends, skate rental $ 9).
The pace of New York slows down in January or February, and hotel prices dip this time of year.

New York then stimulates tourism demand with the program NYC Winter Outing (January 21 to February 9, 2020), consisting of special offers on attractions, restaurants and shows.
So many Broadway shows, attractions, museums, tours and other performing arts shows then offer 2-for-1 tickets. And nearly 400 restaurants offer table d’hôte at reduced prices for midday and evening meals.
