NEW YORK | The governor of New York again refused on Friday to resign, despite increasing calls to this effect after a series of accusations of sexual harassment and touching against him.

“I will not resign,” said Andrew Cuomo during a telephone press briefing, again assuring that he “had not done” the things he is accused of.
The 63-year-old Democratic governor, in power for 10 years and seen as an anti-pandemic hero in 2020, once again called to await the results of the inquiries announced into these allegations.
