The second New York ePrix Free Practice session took place this Saturday. After Stoffel Vandoorne (Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team) the day before, it was Antonio Felix da Costa who signed the best of this half hour of driving in the streets of Brooklyn. The Portuguese of the DS Techeetag team set the benchmark in 1:08.684. He edged Mitch Evans (Jaguar TCS Racing) by 0.0202 seconds and Jake Dennis (Avalanche Andretti Formula E Team) by 0.216 seconds. Jean-Éric Vergne, teammate of Antonio Felix da Costa, set the sixth fastest time at 0.289 seconds.
Now it’s time for qualifying for race 1, from 2:40 p.m. French time.
