The US state of New York wants to allow coronavirus tests in pharmacies. Around 5,000 pharmacies could test 40,000 people a day, said Governor Andrew Cuomo. On Thursday, preliminary results of an antibody study showed that one in five people in New York City, a metropolis of millions, was infected with the virus. It was 14 percent across the state. This means that significantly more people there could contract Covid-19 and possibly be immune than previously known.
