New York City to Experience Eighth Consecutive Wet Weekend

For the eighth consecutive weekend, New York City will have a wet weekend.

Although hot and pleasant temperatures are expected on Saturday to be able to go out and enjoy the City, precipitation is expected on Sunday.

According to forecasts, Saturday will have a high temperature of 79 degrees and a low of 55 Fahrenheit.

“Saturday will be spectacular, mostly sunny with some passing clouds. It will be the hottest day of the week,” said Stephanie Viés, meteorologist for Los Guardianes del Tiempo.

He explained that on Sunday there will be a sudden change in temperature compared to Saturday.

The temperature will have a drop of about 25 degrees compared to Saturday, as it will go from about 79 degrees to about 55 on Sunday.

“The rain will unfortunately return on Sunday. After noon the rain arrives, and by 2:00 in the afternoon we will have rain throughout the tri-state area that will continue in a dispersed manner until the first hours of Monday,” Viés predicted.

Temperatures will be between 53 and 55 degrees Fahrenheit on Sunday.

With these rains, New York City will maintain the streak and accumulate the eighth consecutive weekend with rain.

For Monday, a minimum of 44 degrees and a maximum of 62 are expected.

The panorama will change for Tuesday, October 31.

“The good news is that everything seems to indicate that Halloween will be rain-free,” Viés added.
