New York City Housing Lottery: Apply for Affordable Apartments in Brooklyn Now!

The New York City Department of Housing opened a housing lottery for the Euclid Glenmore apartment complex in Brooklyn, where rents start at $617.

According to available information, this building is located at 437 Euclid Avenue and will have 53 units in the affordable housing lottery program, 14 one-bedroom; 32 with 2 bedrooms and 7 with three bedrooms.

Those interested must have an annual income between $24,515 and $105,060 dollars.

While the income range is between 617 and 1,931 dollars.

The lottery will give preference to seniors in 7 of the one-bedroom apartments.

There will also be preference for Brooklyn County residents.

The housing department notes that only one application can be filled out at a time; submitting two or more for the same building may cause applicants to be disqualified.
