Only people who have been vaccinated or who have been cured of the disease will be able to benefit from it.
The green passport in Israel is granted to those who have received the second dose of vaccine for at least a week, or to people who have recovered from Covid-19 and are not eligible for vaccination.
“Similar to a mobile airline boarding pass, individuals will be able to either print their card or store it on their smartphone using the Excelsior Pass Wallet app,” a statement from the governor’s office said. New York, Andrew Cuomo.
