Leon Schröder (24) from Rolfzen knows that you have to live in the moment – not least because he has to sit in a wheelchair with the incurable and fatal Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The dream of traveling to New York with his friends, who are also suffering from muscle diseases, has now finally fallen victim to the corona pandemic – but there is a nice alternative: In the summer of next year, they will go to Barcelona for two weeks and then go on a cruise through the Mediterranean.
