With the support of Empire State Development, Lincoln Center has committed to creating 114 new full-time jobs, ranging from box office to stage and security personnel, as well as launching a diversity and arts scholarship program that will provide paid training and mentoring for at least five fellows over a five-year period. period of one year. Lincoln Center is committed to hosting at least 45 days of new free public programming per year for the first five years in public spaces within David Geffen Hall.
