“Tomorrow I will sign a decree limiting restaurants, bars and cafes to take-out and home delivery. Nightclubs, cinemas, small theaters and concert halls are all due to close. Los Angeles closes its bars and restaurants until March 31
The city of Los Angeles has also ordered all bars, restaurants and nightclubs to close from midnight Sunday, except for take-out, Mayor Eric Garcetti said. This ban will remain in effect until March 31, the city councilor said on his Facebook page.
