New York and Barcelona: Air France tests the IATA Travel Pass

On June 17, Air France launched an IATA Travel Pass test program on flights departing from New York-JFK and Barcelona to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.

Available on smartphones, the IATA Travel Pass application allows travelers to: check the latest entry conditions related to COVID-19 imposed by their country of destination, receive the results of their COVID test from a partner laboratory directly in the application and save these documents in the application.

The use of the IATA Travel Pass should also bring more speed and fluidity during airport checks.“reads a press release.

This experiment is free for customers and offered on a voluntary basis. It is open to passengers traveling to Paris (without continuation) on flights operated by Air France from New York-JFK until July 8, 2021, and from Barcelona until June 30, 2021.
