SOn Seventh Avenue in Manhattan, just blocks from Central Park, Elizabeth Willis just won a war. It’s a cool morning, she’s standing in her kiosk, and everything is ready: on one side, hats and umbrellas, on the other, SIM cards and bottles of Coca-Cola, and in the middle, chocolate bars. It’s here that she’s been selling her products for 52 years, and for some New Yorkers, she’s become an institution.
