Area Indonesian hotel roundabout (HI) Central Jakarta, is the center of the 2024 New Year’s Eve celebrations in Jakarta. Residents were seen crowding the HI roundabout area this evening.
Monitoring detikcom in front of the HI Roundabout, Sunday (31/12/2023), at 22.00 WIB, residents were willing to huddle together in the HI Roundabout area. The crowding was observed from the direction of Grand Indonesia (GI) towards the front of the stage in the HI Roundabout area.
One of the residents, Eca (22), admitted that this was his first year celebrating New Year’s Eve outside the house. He was quite surprised by the crowd that occurred at the HI Roundabout.
“I already know that the conditions on New Year’s Eve in HI are like this, next year it might not come again,” said Eca detikcom.
Even so, Eca said he still enjoyed the celebration. According to him, the celebration was held for the first time in Jakarta with quite a fanfare.
“It’s fun, it’s really busy,” he added.
Another resident, Dayat (42), admitted that he was very enthusiastic about taking part in the New Year’s Eve celebrations in the HI Roundabout area. He admitted that he was curious about the appearance of the 500 drones, which he said was the first time they had appeared in Jakarta.
“I’m enthusiastic because there is mind mapping with 500 drones. That’s the first time in Jakarta or in Indonesia,” said Dayat to detikcom Of HI roundabout
“Just curious,” he continued.
