According to the police, on the 12th at 10:10 p.m., Mr. B reached out to the road in the BRT section of Seomyeon Jungang-daero in Busanjin-gu, Busan, and the bus in operation suddenly stopped.
As a result, bus driver C (50s) cautioned, and Mr. A, who was with him, got on the bus, swearing, kicking the fare box several times, and being charged with damage.
In addition, Mr. B is accused of assaulting the driver after getting out of the car, grabbing and shaking the driver’s fat.
It is known that the passengers on the bus at the time were terrified by the actions of the two.
The police are considering ways to apply the crime of assault on drivers under the Certain Crimes Aggregate Penalty Act. If a bus driver in operation is assaulted or threatened, even a temporary stop can be punished by imprisonment for up to 5 years or severe punishment of up to 20 million won.
