Dear colleagues from the Social Development and Deprivation Fund.
At the start of 2024, it is with deep gratitude and a feeling of accomplishment that I address you, dedicated members of our team at the Social Development and Deprivation Fund.
The past year was marked by unprecedented challenges in our country, but thanks to your unwavering commitment, we were able to overcome them together. Your dedication, creativity and resilience have been the pillars of our collective success.
Whether in the design and implementation of reforms and innovative projects or in your constant support of the communities we serve, each of you has contributed to the achievement of our social mission.
This year’s achievements reflect our team spirit and our shared desire to make a positive difference in the lives of the most vulnerable. Together, we have demonstrated that solidarity and empathy are powerful forces that transcend obstacles.
I remember all your many achievements and particularly the one that brought us together in the commune of Kaloum to once again demonstrate to the population and the Guinean government our commitment due to the fire incident that occurred on the night of December 17 to 18 last.
During this period of hard work, you forgot yourself to demonstrate our professional responsibility, but also seize the opportunity to show our commitment and solidarity towards society and our fellow citizens.
I do not forget the date of December 15, 2023 at the People’s Palace on the occasion of the official submission of the analysis report of the Unified Social Register to the government where each of you acted to fill this great house with greater discipline .
As we reflect on this learning-filled year, I want to express my deep gratitude to each of you. Your commitment to our mission has been exemplary, and I am proud to lead such an exceptional team.
During this time of celebration, I encourage you to take the time to recharge your batteries, surround yourself with loved ones and reflect on the successes we have accomplished together. May this new year be filled with new opportunities, even greater successes and shared moments of joy.
Happy holidays to you, your loved ones and your families. Thank you for your dedication and valuable contribution to serving others. Once again I am proud of each of you, dear brave workers.
Yours sincerely
Lansana Diawara, Director General FDSI from my Home Village Kareki Douwadiabya.
