In his speech at the opening ceremony of the event, Chief Secretary for Administration Chan Kwok-kei said that the national “14th Five-Year Plan” has endowed Hong Kong with the strategic positioning of the “Eight Centers”, and the “Hope Chapter” of the “Blueprint for Youth Development” launched by the government in December last year emphasized the need to assist young people Grasp the development opportunities of the “Eight Centers”, including the “Sino-Foreign Cultural and Art Exchange Center” and the “International Innovation and Technology Center”.
