This is a first in the sector, a women’s football option will open at the start of the next school year at Lycée Paul-Constans. A detection session took place last week at the Ilets stadium to recruit future players.
The initiative is carried out jointly by Montluçon football and AS Domérat. Concretely, second, first and final year students who will integrate this option will have two additional training sessions in addition to those they already do in a club. A goal on the merits, to improve and above all to prevent the pool of players from dwindling.
Clément Magnin is in charge of this project for Montluçon foot.
Note that, for high school girls who choose this option, the other options will not be accessible.
