The developers of WhatsApp have another innovation in store for users. The widgets are intended to make user chats easier to access.
New widgets have appeared in the latest WhatsApp beta 24.21.10.70 for iOS, writes “WABetaInfo“. Users who have downloaded the latest update from TestFight can already test the new feature. Messenger removed its old widgets months ago. The new version uses the iOS Widget API.

The new interactive widget uses real-time data obtained directly from the app. This data can also be updated with new information throughout the day. The advantage of an interactive widget is that users can now customize it in the way that is ideal for them. The new widget gives users immediate access to favorite chats and groups, making communication faster and more organized than with the old widget. The widget can also be used on the home screen and the size can be adjusted as desired. The feature is still in development and will be rolled out to more users in a future update.
