Kolo Muani: Always dreamed of big clubs
French World Cup star Randal Kolo Muani does not rule out leaving Eintracht Frankfurt this summer. “I’m trying to focus on my club. We’re continuing our performances and we’ll see in the summer. I’ve always dreamed of playing at big clubs,” the France international forward told sports newspaper L’Equipe. It all happened very quickly, he said with regard to the past six months. “I thought it would take me some time to adjust, maybe a year. But it all exploded,” added the striker. The 24-year-old only switched from FC Nantes to Eintracht in the summer. He was initially not included in the French squad for the World Cup in Qatar, but then replaced the injured Christopher Nkunku from Leipzig. In the lost World Cup final against Argentina, Kolo Muani had a huge chance to score the winning goal shortly before the end. “This final was a stage, because now I want this World Cup. I want to win trophies,” emphasized Kolo Muani. A lot has changed since the World Cup. The opponents would now defend against him in threes or fours.
