Capcom today released a new update 1.05 for Resident Evil 4 Remake. The update notes mention fixes for PS4, PS5, PC and Xbox Series.
For PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 users, corrected text not displaying correctly in Brazilian Portuguese and Latin American Spanish explanations for some trophies.
Xbox Series X|S players will no longer experience issues launching the game if DLC has been installed and an account with content restrictions is signed in.
In addition, the stick deadzone fix implemented on April 7th has been further adjusted for Xbox Series X|S users. Changes made to the graphics rendering process on the same day have also been adjusted. Update sizes: 290 MB (PC), 491 MB (console).

- Fixed an issue that caused some key items to become unavailable, preventing the player from progressing through the main story. (Announced March 31, 2023)
- Fixed an issue that could cause players to warp through walls when using the scope in some areas.

- Fixed incorrect display of text in the explanations for some trophies in some languages.

- Fixed an issue where the game would not launch if downloadable content was installed and an account with content restrictions was registered.
- The stick deadzone (the range in which the controller sticks do not respond to movement) made on April 7 has been further adjusted.
