Four schools in the town of Den Bosch were threatened in a message on social media on Monday evening. A picture with a threatening text and two weapons is circulating on the Snapchat social media platform, among others, the police said. There is a threat of bullets being fired at the schools on Tuesday.
The message refers to four high schools in the town of Den Bosch. This applies to Yuverta, Rev College. Pierson, Bossche Vak School and Rodenborch College.
An e-mail from the College of Rev. Pierson to parents stating that the school is aware of the messages. The school management has contacted the town and the police.
Classes at Den Bosch school will continue as usual on Tuesday morning. The police are investigating, among other things, the person who created the message.
So the message would go around Snapchat, an app where photos and videos can be shared.
A similar threat was circulated on social media on Sunday night. Then several schools in Breda and Etten-Leur were named as targets.
