New Tesla Model 3 Redesign: Sleeker Design and Higher Performance Expected in 2021

According to these data, the updated Tesla Model 3 Project Highland gets a “more compact” design. There will no longer be fog lights on the front bumper. Slimmer headlights will also appear at the front. They can be seen in the photo of the test prototype.

The interior of the electric car will not remain unchanged either. The Tesla Model 3 may get a dashboard from the electric crossover Model X. The current generation of the model only offers a central display.

Instead of a steering wheel-mounted gear selector, the updated Tesla Model 3 will let you select a gear through the center display. This was also noticed on one of the test cars.

Materials for interior decoration will be of significantly higher quality. The wood will be replaced with fabric inserts and new seats will be offered, which are expected to be much more ergonomic than the current ones.

It is known that the new Tesla Model 3 will become more powerful and faster. The range of the electric car on a single charge will be increased to approximately 640 km in the Long Range version.

And another rather curious thing. thanks to a new production process, the updated Tesla Model 3 could become significantly cheaper. According to rumors, the model will be cheaper by about 20%.
