New telecom law sees the light of day on Thursday: what exactly does it contain? And is that good news for my bill?

The House will approve a new telecom law on Thursday, a turf of no less than 1,500 pages by Minister Petra De Sutter (Green), who can now also introduce rules for the Whatsapps and Facetimes of this world.
