Cultural and entertainment events (cinemas, theaters, circus performances, concerts and other stage events) can be organized and held at an occupancy rate of 30% of the total indoor capacity.
Visits to restaurants, gambling halls and casinos, with the exception of discos, bar clubs, piano bars and nightclubs, are allowed when using not more than 50 percent of their capacity, providing a physical distance of two meters between the chairs at the tables and with limited working hours between 6.00 and 22.00. During the remaining hours of the day, only home deliveries are allowed.
A rotational principle of distance learning is introduced for students. Kindergartens and nurseries are open and will operate in strict compliance with anti-epidemic measures.
It is allowed to hold group classes in language, educational centers, entertainment and other training centers with attendance from 6 to 10 people at a distance of two meters.
