Star Wars is getting a series that will revolve around female bounty hunters, but with a twist.
Fans of Star Wars will be served at their beck and call by Disney and Lucasfilm in the coming years. There will be films, but also a whole series of new series. One of these is being created by Leslye Headland, and we are now hearing new plot details.
Via Deadline we now hear that her series will indeed revolve around female main characters. And surprisingly, the show seems to be revolving around martial arts. Not in the mainstream universe but in an alternate reality. We didn’t quite expect that, since the film universe at first glance offers enough possibilities for these kinds of adventures.

Disney + and Star Wars
Disney + will be making a lot of this type of material in the coming years. Of course we already have the series about Din Djarin and his mission to get Baby Yoda home. But there are also other series in the making, specifically and only for The Mouse House’s streaming service.

One will revolve around bounty hunter Boba Fett and his time on the planet Tatooine. Another series centers on Obi-Wan Kenobi, who lived as an exile on the same desert planet for a long time. Yet another shows the life of the rebel Cassian Andor. And there will be other series, such as one about the clone soldiers The Bad Batch.
In short: there is something for everyone in the coming years!
