The new Star Wars Jedi: Survivor update is finally out on PC, bringing performance improvements and a number of other fixes that should greatly improve the gaming experience.
Now available on both Steam and the EA app, the PC patch brings a range of improvements including updated occlusion behavior for ray tracing, updated streaming budgets that address stuttering issues when traversing, performance improvements for some VFX, and more. . The patch is about 1.75 GB for the EA version of the app, so it doesn’t require much downloading. If you missed the patch notes, you can find them here.
Despite technical issues across all platforms, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is still a more than worthy game for fans of the franchise and the previous installment in the series, as the new game has improved the formula in almost every way and offers a compelling storytelling experience.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is available now on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S worldwide.
