The checks for compliance with the speed limits are very extensive in our country and involve the use of the classic devices for detecting these infringements. In the last few weeks, this possibility had been envisaged in this regard and today we have the confirmation that from 1 May new devices will be active throughout the territory. No one will escape the sanctions…
The Highway Code in itself contains numerous rules that every motorist must necessarily respect if he does not want to incur very high penalties. In fact, depending on the seriousness of the infringement we commit, we can risk even high fines with accessory sanctions that even provide for the withdrawal of the licence.
Moreover, the Cds is very strict with regard to some specific issues contained within it. Among these are all the rules that regulate speed limits on the roads of our country. In fact, our cars can reach important speeds but this exposes us to considerable risks.
In fact, the probability of losing control of the vehicle increases dramatically and the risk of causing damage to other people is also high. For this reason, from May 1 next on our national territory there will be important news regarding speed cameras. The scoundrels are warned.
From May 1 everything changes, here are the news
Currently in Italy there are two types of devices for detecting infringements related to exceeding the speed limits. One is the classic speed camera system which is mainly active on public road sections while the second is the tutor system which is instead used on the motorway network.
The objective of these two devices is however one and over time both have proven effective in detecting thousands of infringements every year. From this May 1, however, we could apparently expect some news in some areas of our country.
The more substantial ones concern the area of the province of Bari which will see the introduction of several new speed camera devices in some specific stretches of road. it was the prefecture that made it known which they are and they are all related to the Bitonto area. Specifically, it is the provincial road 231 at kilometer 11+300 and from kilometer 16+300 up to 35+300, thus also involving other neighboring municipalities.
For the inhabitants of the area, therefore, it will be a great revolution with motorists who from now on will necessarily have to respect the limits in these stretches of road.
