New song and clip from club life for Dione Liepiņa, star of the show “X Faktors”

A new song “Sīknauda” has been released by the singer Diona Liepiņa, who got to know the show “X Faktors”. The singer has also made an unusual video, in which anyone who has ever been to a dance club will probably be able to recall the events.

The song “Sīknauda” was created during the seventh session of the songwriting camp “RigaLive”. “This song was not written on four walls, alone, but together with colleagues from the music camp – Lien Sturman and producer Varslaff (Armands Warsaw). At the beginning, there was a bit of discomfort in telling the idea of ​​the song, because sharing is not always easy, but I soon realized that we are on the same wave, ”says Diona.

“I think of the word ‘cash’, but giving it a slightly different, very special meaning: ‘fu ** boy’, ‘baby boy’, a brunch hunter, a daughter’s gig and similar synonyms – they all disappear like cash.” The result is a rather explosive and memorable pop song that will fit well in dance clubs.

The song also has a dynamic video. “The idea was ready for Dione, but I thought it was necessary to add a little charcoal and make the clip a little unusual. Dion had a spontaneous idea to show the two-time versions, glad we stayed with it. However, the story remains king, ”says director Helmut Bondar. “It was also a fun trip to shoot this clip. I hadn’t worked in such a chaotic atmosphere for a long time, but it was necessary to capture something similar on the screen. Lots of moving parts that could go wrong during shooting, but everything worked out. And the police didn’t even notice us! ”
