New York, Sunday, February 7, 2021 ((rezonodwes.com)) – Barely a week after a winter storm that dumped up to 30 inches of snow in parts of the Tri State area – New York, New Jersey and Connecticut – Residents of New York and neighboring states are on alert for another system that could dump several inches of snow this Sunday.
A winter storm warning bulletin remains in effect in various parts of New York State from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The forecast calls for around 5 to 7 inches of snow, and falls could exceed more than an inch per hour Sunday morning and early afternoon, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
The appeal extends to northeastern New Jersey, southeastern New York, and southern Connecticut.
