New shops in Elbepark Dresden: Who came and who went
A number of new shops and snack bars have opened in Dresden’s Elbepark. What they are and how the center manager assesses the sales.

Dresden. Redeer Ziyan dared. Last Saturday he and a partner met in the Elbepark Orient-Barbershop opened. The 29-year-old has been in Germany since 2018, came from Kurdistan, northern Iraq, and then graduated from secondary school. In Berlin he has already gained experience and worked in barbershops. When the opportunity arose to take over a store from the Orient-Barbershop chain in Dresden, he dared to restart in the Elbe city and moved here. “I think the city is very beautiful, but I’ve only seen very little of it so far,” he says.
