The carmaker Hyundai is officially launching the sharp hatchbacks i20 N and i30 N on the Czech market. The first for the first time ever, the second in a modernized variant.

Smaller i20 N starts at 599,990 crowns, for which customers will mainly receive a petrol supercharged 16-liter engine with an output of 204 horsepower, paired with a manual six-ton. Sports seats with integrated head restraint, P Zero sports bracelets, 320 mm diameter front brake discs or “18” wheels are also suitable. The equipment also includes automatic air conditioning or heated front seats.

The N Premium package adds several different driving aids, parking sensors, heated rear seats or a better audio system, but mainly a mechanical self-locking differential. It will cost 80 thousand crowns.

Larger i30 N after the facelift, which is produced in Silesian Nošovice, it is possible to have it as a hatchback or a more elegant fastback. The standard, which comes to 699,990 crowns, is a two-liter 250 horsepower and a six-speed manual; fastback with the same technique you get 20 thousand crowns more expensive.

In addition to the heated sports seats, the standard equipment also includes sports equipment, parking sensors and a camera, a partially digital instrument panel, navigation or an army of driving assistants.

Driving enthusiasts will be interested in an extra version of the N Performance version, which adds 30 horsepower and mainly an electronically controlled self-locking differential, larger brakes, better torsional rigidity thanks to trunk reinforcement or electronically adjustable shock absorbers. It is also possible to purchase an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission for another 50,000 crowns.
