After an extensive meeting with representatives of the Provincial Executive, and the conclusion of the Plenary of General Secretaries, from the Central Executive Board we inform the new salary proposal presented by the Provincial Government, which will be put to the consideration of the teachers according to the following timeline:

Tuesday 13/8: Informative assemblies of school delegates by department.

Wednesday 8/14: Informative and decision-making assemblies in schools, one hour per shift.

Thursday 8/15: Resolution assemblies of school delegates by department.

Friday 8/16: Provincial Assembly to decide on departmental delegates.

FOURTH TEACHER SALARY PROPOSAL

Agreement period: August 2024 to January 2025.-

Salary Increases:
From August, during all the months of the agreement, the monthly increase in salaries is guaranteed with trigger clause 100% of the cumulative, remunerative and bonusable CPI for all positions and ranks.

Since August the Teacher Incentive (today $37,700) rises to $45000 per position or 15 hours (two positions/ 30 hours lectures $90.000) and since October the agreement has been updated every month with trigger clause 100% CPI.

In addition, the fixed sum awarded per position will be increased and up to 20 teaching hours will be awarded. $40.000 in August, at $40.000 in September, at $45.000 in October $50.000 November, $55.000 in December and $55.000 in January. Classroom hour – 5th hour and extended working day hour (non-remunerated) $2.000 in August and September; $2.250 in October; $2.500 in November and $2.750 in December.

In the next negotiation the scheme will continue hierarchy according to the accumulation equivalences of each level.

In September the Directors with Annexes or Rooms in charge of all levels They begin to earn, for that function, the salary equivalent to 2 hours of lecture. In October 2 hours will be paid chairs per annex up to a maximum of 3 annexes. Maximum 6 hours.

FONID COMPENSATION FOR PROVINCIAL UNIVERSITY TEACHERS

Since August
Simple dedication $45,000.

Exclusive dedication $90,000.

Hourly module $4,500

Bleach:
The whitening of non-remunerative sums will begin in January 2025.

Educational Ticket:
In August The scope of the free educational ticket is expanded in all periods and schedules for DAI teachers, hospital teachers, and literacy program teachers.

APROSS:
Regarding the questions raised by UEPC regarding APROSS, the application of FOSAET is suspended until February 2025. Updates to the Catastrophic Illness Fund and the values ​​of affiliated members will be made according to the salary guidelines.

Retirement Fund:

Elimination of deferral for retirees:
From August The 60-day deferral will be eliminated For retired teachers who receive up to $730,000who will receive the increases the month after the active workers receive them. From October, the claim will be analyzed with all the unions regarding the payment of the increase of the active workers at the end of the month to recover the liquidation method of Law 8,024.

Besides, the minimum RETIREMENT pension is raised to $150,000with which the limit for the application of the discount of Article 58 of Law 8,024/ Mod. 10,694/20, became $900,000.-

Starting in August, the compensation for the Teacher Incentive will be raised to $25,000 and will then be updated monthly starting in October for the entire period of the agreement with a trigger clause according to the CPI.

The elimination of the Teacher Status cap, which will be for active employees in August and September, will have a greater impact on all retired teachers according to deferral.

SEPTEMBER

– 100% of the REMUNERABLE, BONUS AND ACCUMULABLE CPI.

– $40,000 non-remunerative, per Agent or 20 teaching hours.

– Lecture hour – 5th hour and hour of extended workday (non-remunerated) $2.000

– ELIMINATION OF 25% OF THE TEACHING STATE CAP, completing 100%.

– SALARY SUPPLEMENT FOR DIRECTORS WITH ANNEXES AND ROOMS IN CHARGE: The payment of 2 teaching hours is universalized for all those who were not paid for them.

OCTOBER

– 100% of the REMUNERABLE, BONUS AND CUMULATIVE CPI.

– $45,000 non-remunerative, per Agent or 20 teaching hours.

– Lecture hour – 5th hour and hour of extended workday (non-remunerated) $2.250

– Monthly FONID update according to 100% CPI trigger clause.

– INCREASE IN LIMITS FOR DIRECTORS WITH ANNEXES AND ROOMS IN CHARGE: 2 hours will be paid per annex, up to a maximum of 6 hours (three annexes).

– 1st STAGE OF SALARY HIERARCHY OF MANAGEMENT POSITIONS: Managers at all levels will have an increase of $40,000.- N/R

NOVEMBER

– 100% of the REMUNERABLE, BONUS AND ACCUMULABLE CPI.

– $50,000 non-remunerated per Agent or 20 teaching hours.

– Lecture hour – 5th hour and hour of extended workday (non-remunerated) $2.500

-2ND STAGE OF SALARY HIERARCHY OF MANAGEMENT POSITIONS:

Managers at all levels will have an increase of $40,000.- N/R

DECEMBER

– 100% of the REMUNERABLE, BONUS AND ACCUMULABLE CPI.

– $55,000 non-remunerated per Agent or 20 teaching hours.

JANUARY

– 100% of the REMUNERABLE, BONUS AND ACCUMULABLE CPI.

– $55,000 non-remunerated per Agent or 20 teaching hours.

RETIREES

ELIMINATION OF DEFERMENT FROM THE MONTH OF AUGUST:
