According to the newspaper, Russia has launched a major missile attack against Ukraine.
Preliminary reports indicate that the explosions are Ukrainian air defense, and not rockets hitting their targets. This has not been confirmed.

The spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force, Yuriy Ignat, says that six Tupolev Tu-95 bombers have taken off from Russia.
– We are prepared for more than 30 rockets, which we have already started to see in various areas, says Ignatius.

The flight alert is heard in most of Ukraine. It happens after Russia attacked Ukraine with drones during the night, according to the Ukrainian defense.
The drone attacks are said to have mainly been focused around central regions and the capital Kyiv, reports NTB.
The defense states that the Ukrainian air defense system shot down all 24 drones. In a statement on Thursday morning, they write that there is a great danger of more air and drone attacks across the country.
Authorities in Kyiv say 15 of the drones were aimed at the capital, but that they did not cause any damage.
