Passengers machine those aged between 6 and 12 who have not been vaccinated can already travel by train. The requirements are to have a statement that you have not received a vaccination from a health center or health service facility for a specific reason or to be accompanied by an adult who has received a booster vaccination.
This is in line with the new provisions issued by the Ministry of Health regarding travel requirements. The regulation was issued today, Monday, December 19, 2022. The regulation in question is the SE of the Ministry of Health number HK.02.02/II/3984/2022 relating to the preparation for the Christmas 2022 and New Year 2023 holidays.
“The change in this last rule is that previously customers aged 6 to 12 who have not received a second vaccine for medical reasons must show a medical certificate issued by a government hospital,” explained the vice president of public reports by KAI, Joni Martinus, Mon (12/19/2022) ).
Even so, passengers must still be in good health and wear face masks while traveling on the train and in the station. The mask used is a 3-layer fabric mask or a medical mask that covers the nose, mouth and chin.
To help the public obtain vaccination services, KAI has also partnered with TNI/Polri, the National Health Service and others by providing vaccination services for clients.
“KAI will continue to disseminate this policy to customers in the hope that customers will begin to prepare for and understand this policy. KAI will continue to strive to create safe, comfortable and healthy train travel.” closed Joni.
