The company’s smartphone, but it will soon be replaced by the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5. Many rumors have been circulating about the two devices over the last few months.
Recent renders published by trusted super leaker Rotor show what the design and appearance of the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 5 will look like.
The renders reveal that the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will have two separate enclosures, with the largest being a 3.4-inch unit.

The screen is almost a proper box with an aspect ratio of 1:1.038, which is larger than the 1.9-inch split screen on the Z Flip 4.
There is also a small screen located next to the rear camera to display basic elements such as a clock or emoji as well as a battery indicator.
While Samsung is likely to entice users with a larger cover screen, it’s not yet clear whether the company will support third-party apps on external displays.
A new hinge is also rumored to be coming to both devices, with no visible space between the two screens when fully folded.

The leaker also revealed that both phones will still have IPX8 certification for water and dust resistance and adopt the newer touchscreen technology.
However, it is not clear what is meant by touch screen technology. Samsung is likely to offer the Galaxy Z Flip 5 in two storage variants, namely 128 GB and 256/512 GB with USS 4.0.
However, the bad news is that Samsung may offer a slower USS 3.1 storage variant for the 128 GB variant.***
