As of today, October 14, 2024, several updates have been implemented in the collective agreement of the Gran Casino del Sardinero. Among the most notable modifications are new conditions on paid leave, distribution of tips, salaries and family support.
- Paid leaves: 17 calendar days are now recognized for marriage or registered partnership, and leaves are extended for family reasons, such as hospitalizations or deaths.
- Vacations: 30 days per year are maintained with the possibility of splitting, excluding Easter and from July 15 to August 31.
- Tip distribution: Staff will receive 63% of the tip pool, with a more transparent calculation based on participation points.
- Salary increase: Salaries will increase by 3% in 2024, followed by 2% in 2025 and 2026.
- Family support: Financial aid of 150 euros for birth and 300 euros for marriage, among others, is included.
