6816 are confirmed new coronavirus patients for the last 24 hours, or 13.53% of those tested. The cases are 953 more than yesterday, the Unified Information Portal reports.
For the first time in the fourth wave, so many new infections are announced. After yesterday’s record of 5,863 people, today the figures are even more alarming. Even with the usual accumulation of data from the weekend, the newly registered are a record since the beginning of the pandemic.
For the last 24 hours, a total of 50,356 tests were performed, 11,067 of which were PCR and 39,289 antigenic.
The number of victims per day is 124. 94.35% of the dead have not been vaccinated.
There are already 7325 hospitalized, 608 of them in intensive care units.
The newcomers to the hospital are 1107. 88.89% of them have not been vaccinated.
The active cases are 87 279. A total of 582 122 have been confirmed, and the cured ones – 471 403, as in the last 24 hours they are 2323.
The total number of tests was 5,378,292. The total doses were 2,775,555, and in the last 24 hours they were 26,327.
