In 2016, the town hall launched a real estate program in the Allivet-Bouvain district, in partnership with Isère habitat, a cooperative developer specializing in social access to property, and with the firm GCA Architectures de Meylan. The first phase, baptized “Le Jardin des muses”, in tribute to the very inspired and innovative Berlioz, began in the spring of 2020. The eight individual or semi-detached houses were delivered in the autumn, the two collective buildings with four apartments in the spring following. Eleven of these homes were marketed in social loan rental accession (PSLA), the other five in social accession under income ceiling.
21 apartments
At the start of the summer, the construction site for the second installment of “Les Fleurs des Landes” began, the name of which echoes the eponymous collection of melodies by the Côtois composer. It was formalized this Monday, July 24 at the end of the morning by the symbolic laying of a first stone, by Joël Gullon, mayor and president of the intermunicipal association and Raphaël Taillot, general manager of Isère habitat.
The 21 three- and four-bedroom apartments will be divided into four buildings: three with four apartments on two levels, and one, collective, with nine apartments on three levels. The latter, equipped with a lift, and the apartments on the ground floor will be accessible to people with reduced mobility. As with the first tranche, part of the housing is rented for home ownership, with occupants having the option of exercising the rental option within six to twenty-four months after moving in.
“We have to anticipate the coming housing crisis and the brakes on construction linked to inflation. We need support from local authorities and not just in renovation, and we have to accept the remainders to be paid for, ”commented Joël Gullon, satisfied with the realization of the project. Just like Raphaël Taillot who highlighted their partnership: “I’m happy because one of our reasons for being is to offer accessible housing. »
