As of Monday, April 11 at 8 p.m., new parking fees will be introduced for users of the Le Royer hospital in Baie-Comeau, fees established of course according to the duration of the parking lot.
Thus, parking for less than two hours will remain free. Between two and four hours, the rate will be $3.50, while for four hours and more, the rate is set at $6.
At the entrance to the parking lot, users will now have to obtain a coupon to keep until the end of their visit to the hospital in order to validate it in one of the two parking meters.
These are located at the exit of the parking lot or inside near the main entrance. The cost of parking can be paid by debit or credit card.
The Integrated Health and Social Services Center of the Côte-Nord concludes that a similar pricing system will also be in operation by the fall of 2022 in the parking lot for users of the Sept-Îles hospital.
