The profession of “reputation certifiers” is born, that is to say graduates or diploma holders who in the age of the internet and “fake” profiles are able to feed a innovative “humanized” algorithm to measure skills, competences, merits and honesty of natural and legal persons.
The first call for access to free training for this new profession, aimed exclusively at women, is now open: 214 (30 of whom were victims of violence). The call is financed by the Fund for the Digital Republic-Social Enterprise. The deadline to submit the application is March 15 (www.lumsa.it/odg). This is an experiment created by Mevaluate Holding and Crop News.
Lumsa University is the responsible body coordinating the partnership relationships with the Fund for the Digital Republic which selected and financed the project and which by 2026 it will employ 350 million euros according to law 233/2021 (implementation of the Pnrr and prevention of mafia infiltration).
The announcement is reserved for women between 19 and 50 years old, both unemployed and unemployed but also employees of economic operators interested in increasing their digital skills and competences according to better contractual conditions. Each participant in the project will be able to benefit from 2,970 euros in online training for 224 hours and receive a Coop voice tablet and data SIM while at the end a smartphone in the context of a 480-hour job placement path in collaboration with 7 supporting partners, private bodies and public, including Agens, Confindustria, various professional associations.
The 214 women who follow the course will obtain the qualification to operate exclusively on the Italia Virtute digital platform for the documented and traceable reputational qualification of individuals and organizations thanks to the reputational rating developed by the “humanized algorithm” (transparent, inclusive and impartial) owned by Mevaluate Holding. It will thus be possible to highlight and objectively measure skills, competences, merits and honesty. While they finally lose their anonymity, crimes and breaches.
