The obligation for those who have tested positive to isolate themselves is no longer applicable. To do this, corona-infected people would have to adhere to other protective measures, such as a mask obligation indoors.

The Ministry of Social Affairs had already announced the move. Many people in Germany have been vaccinated or have suffered an infection, it was said as the reason.
