For the 2021 end-of-season meeting of the Minervois tourist office in Caroux, and its extraordinary general assembly, more than 40 socio-professionals in the tourism professions have responded to the invitation. The tourist office brings together 36 municipalities and includes some 400 service providers dedicated to tourist activities.
“The end of season closing is organized to bring together the socio-professional partners, so that they can discover and get to know each other.. It also allows them to create networks, explains Lydie Lemoine, director of the tourist office. Today, we are welcomed for this double event at the Domaine de Miravel. In 2022, it will be organized on the Minervois side. We change places every year. This evening, the quorum which would validate the deliberations is not reached, also specifies the director. A fun and gourmet time followed, offered by the Domaine du Vieux Chai de Ceps. This particular cellar, where know-how and family experience have been passed on, is enhanced by the motivation and attachment to the terroir of Sophie Jean and her companion, passionate winegrowers.
